Due to limitations of the current publisher, we have decided to offer copies of the book direct to the public for the benefit of two groups of readers:

1. People who live outside North America where shipping costs from Amazon are very high, and
2. Groups interested in bulk orders of the book.

There is one downside, we can’t guarantee delivery time! We travel frequently and have the bulk allotment of books at our home office. If we are away on a longer trip, it could take as long as 4-6 weeks to receive the order. We would expect typical shipping times of 2-5 weeks, but we can’t make any promises due to our extensive training and consulting travel schedule.

If you require the book in less than 4 to 6 weeks, please order the book from Amazon directly via this link. Amazon can ship the book to Europe for approximate shipping charges of $8 standard, $12 expedited and $36 expedited (approximately 25 days, 16 days and 4 days respectively.)

If you wish to order from us, please use our Buy Now PayPal button below. We charge no sales tax (if you live in Washington, we pay it to the state from the normal price listed) and we charge a flat $12 shipping amount regardless of quantity ordered. If you select a volume discounted price and don’t enter an appropriate number of books on the PayPal checkout page, we will need to cancel your order and request that you resubmit the order with a properly specified quantity.
